The scent of oil paints
Northern Lights
Oil on MDF 40x30, December 2022. I painted this picture on December 23, 2022, posting it on Facebook the following day with these words: "Last night I needed to get away from bad thoughts: nothing better than a tiring walk, with a biting cold under a spectacle of nature, to free the mind. I don't paint landscapes because I think they don't help me communicate, but I want to leave this to you as a Christmas present, in case you need a breath of fresh air in the next few days"
Spring memory

Deep altitudes
Oil and plaster on canvas 70x50, October 2016.

Dolomites, Cime di Lavaredo. A microscopic human figure on the left represents the unit of measurement to which to relate the heights of the rocks. The sun is high in the sky but the shadows stretch downwards following the steep slopes. It is in this way that the altitudes become deep.
The sky is blue, the air clean, the sounds dissolve under the peaks, at about 2,400 meters: a small moment in Paradise.
Between sky and sea
Oil and acrylic on canvas 70X50, October 2016.

Stintino, Sardinia. The Spiaggia dela Pelosa and the Aragonese Tower inserted together with the sky and the sea in an endless vortex of colors.
Until March 30, 2017 exhibited at La Burnia, Avigliana.

Complements of Mo ncenisio
Oil on canvas 80x60, October 2016.
From May 2018 present on the Saatchi Art online gallery at the following link .
Alta Val di Susa, already in French territory, there is the lake with the dam. The perspective of the painting highlights the small lake on the upper lawn, where the church is. The colors used are complementary to the "real" ones: orange in different shades instead of the blue of the sky and water, reds instead of greens, purple instead of dark green and dark green instead of purple.
From complementary to complement, a small play on words to indicate the attempt to enrich a landscape (which in reality would not need any accessories).
Exhibited at the Burnia in Avigliana until September 2017.
